Included in this presentation is a document titled "Let's Get Your Offer Accepted", and it provides some of homebuying strategies for making your offer more competitive.
Once your Realtor has submitted the offer, I call the seller's Realtor and send this message below with your Pre-Approval Letter and Closing Guarantee (if eligible). In certain situations, I proactively include our Appraisal Gap Strategy to help the seller overcome any concerns in the case of a low appraisal.
